Everything you upload: customer records, SOPs, contracts, emails, call notes — any file your team works with. Data is measured by file size at the time of upload. Each upload counts toward your balance, including refreshes of existing records.
Does refreshing my data use more credits?
Yes — each upload counts as new data, even refreshes. That's by design: Gran Minerva compares your latest data against previous uploads to detect changes and keep risk assessments current. Regular refreshes are what make predictions accurate and alerts timely.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your customer data is tokenized before storage — no raw PII ever touches our servers. All data is protected with 256-bit encryption. SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress. Need PII in your own environment? Ask about Bring Your Own Tokenization.
